Dr Smail and his wonderful team took great care of my son during and after his wisdom teeth extraction. The nurse was available later that afternoon when we had questions and they even followed up the day after to make sure all was well. He is well on the path to recovery and in no pain after day 5.
Received prompt attention as they got me in to see the surgeon quickly. Very busy but well organized practice. Excellent staff and surgeon. Had an infected tooth that needed to be drained and ultimately pulled. Dr. Small was all business and clearly communicated what was going on and options. They worked with my schedule in getting my issue dealt with. Expensive, but aren't they all. This was a good referral.
I had my wisdom teeth removed by dr. Smail. Doctor and the staff are super friendly, office is very clean, I felt so comfortable by everyone. I’m so glad I came here best experience will be coming back for my tooth implant as well. Thank you!
After several appointments @ ENT , Head and Neck Specialist, Oral Surgeons, Dentist leaving without any diagnosis and unsettling recommendations we met with Dr Smail. Our very first visit, I knew we've finally found the right surgeon and it was so comforting! Dr Smail was by far so knowledgeable, experienced and had all the right answers for a very concerned mom. I would recommend him a million times over !
It has been a number of years since I went to see Dr. smell. The new offices are very nice centrally located. The staff are efficient professional, and even though I started as a new patient the process was completely effective. It was done in a timely manner and they received me and put me through processing immediately. I will highly recommend this business and East Hudson Oral Surgery as a team to my family and ensure that my family and friends understand the value behind a professional service, such as this.
