My family has been going to this org for over 20 years. The company recently expanded their Powers location. I thought this a good thing until our family member Lacy died. Lacy had experienced rapid decline. She suddenly was diagnosed with diabetes. Lacy was about 9 years old. As you can imagine our family was devastated. We wanted Lacy to live and be happy. We have had poor experiences with this office. The compassion and thoughtfulness is lacking in the front desk staff and concerned with the knowledge of the vet techs, veterinarians (Dr Baker), and the specialist the clinic uses. Our dog was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure. After taking the medicine for 6 days and not seeing improvement I called the vet, she didn’t seem as concerned as I was and told me to wait a little longer for him to be seen by her. RecommendedEastSprings is an answer to prayer! They now have loyal customers for life. We took our dog in for what appeared to be a UTI. They took some urine from her bladder and let us know that she had some blood in her urine. We took her home to await the results of the urine sample analysis. While we were waiting on test results, she got really painful and was crying. She appeared lethargic, and her gums looked white.
