Have used this vet for years. The practice as a whole is going downhill. Their vaccinations are "valid" for half the recommend time, just so they can charge for another visit. Their prices keep increasing. Left a message over a month ago for office manager who still hasn't found the time to call me back. They seem to only care about the $$$. Sad.
Lower your prices. You are out of touch and to busy selling plans. It's all about the money no longer about the animals.
No Veterinarian up to date on the latest standard declaws cats. This place is OBVIOUSLY NOT UP TO DATE on latest studies or standards for a very cruel and painful surgery, so what else are they not up to date on? This was just banned in Denver. Feel free to educate yourselves. Oh wait, they probably do it for the money and don't actually care about cats, or other animals for that matter. i wouldn't bring my pets here.
I took my dog to get a blood test on Friday, they said someone would get back to me the next day. After hearing no response for 4 days I made my way down to the East Springs animal hospital to get the results in person. They told me the Dr. was busy and "just go home and wait for a call" � at first they seemed so nice til they got my money and then now they don't want to help me. The attitude I got was like an oh well just go wait. What about my dog? What are the results? How long do I have to wait to know if she's ok or not... read more

been going here for years but the most recent visit happened today. I called at 3:30 and Felix (dog) was seen by 4:00. he had a little bug who had made a home and they were able to get the bug out, give Felix his shots and I was still out the door in less then an hour. even if it would have e taken longer the staff are so amazing, kind, knowledgeable and just overall astounding.
WORST EXPERIENCE ON SO MANY LEVELS. IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNACCEPTABLE
Had my dog neutered at this place. The people were very nice but whoever does the stitching has no idea what they are doing. It looked like a drunk 4 year old stitched up my dog.
The receptionist was rude and instead of finding out an answer for my question just said she didn’t know. I will not be doing business with this company
