went in to get bandages changed on my dog & what a crappy job they did & over priced. quick to recommend surgery for your pets, over priced, no regard for whats best for the animal only concern is the the bottom dollar & that my friend is money
horrible service. sarah is the rudest person i have ever has the displeasure of dealing with. very ignorant and unprofessional. they called and asked us to come in at 930 instead of my original 230 appointment. at 1015 when i asked why i hadnt been seen, i got quite the attitude from sarah and was told i can leave but would get charged a 75 fee for cancelling. take your pets elsewhere this place is a joke!!
Was taking my kitty to another vet with horrible results. In fact, my cat couldn't even get up one morning and I took him here to Dr Bush. He literally saved my boy's life. The previous vet said his kidneys were not working properly. That was totally incorrect and gave him loose stool, too. Dr. Bush explained that he believes the kidneys were fine that not enough fluid was being passed. Apparently some cats do not drink enough water which causes painful crystals in their urine. If I had rated this facility two years ago it would have been five stars. Now I am having trouble even giving it one star. We have taken three dogs and two cats over 20 years to East Springs. This business was recently sold and now the staff is disengaged, unprofessional and rude. They spend their clients money without regard or respect. Our new Rescue dog was taken in to be checked for hip pain. After $415 we left with prescriptions to help with inflammation. After taking just one pill she became very ill. I called ... read more

Update: The surgical site area did get infected. Also, the doc had said an e collar wouldn't be necessary, but my dog was found licking his infected surgical site today. An e collar would have prevented that. The dog was taken back to East Springs and prescribed $100+ worth of antibiotics and pain killers. I feel completely ripped off. My dog was not handled in a safe way while in East Springs's care. These people are not currently competent. I won't take my dog back. Customer service their is terrible! Older lady that works there didn't catch her name was rude as can be and talking back to my wife when we stated we didn't make an appointment and stated our phone died she decided to be all snobby and be like "I'm sure that's what happened" and then was rude about telling us to go else where for service cause she didn't notify it was more without an appointment I will never step foot in the place and be sure to let everyone else know of this experience at least the other ladies that work i... read more
