ETOMS Oral Surgery Center in Knoxville-Fountain City Although we have been in the North Knoxville area for over 22 years, we were very excited to move to our new office at 3228 Tazewell Pike in October 2014. The doctors and staff are proud to serve this area of Knox County as well as the surrounding counties. We help our patients achieve better oral health and general wellbeing by providing dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, TMJ treatment, oral surgery –as well as oral cancer screening.
