This was my initial visit with Dr. Robert Cain and I was very impressed with the overall experience. One is often apprehensive about a dental disease exam, but he explained everything to my satisfaction, answered all my questions and even provided a thorough explanation of my problem through an x-ray. My wait time was less than five minutes, and he did not rush the appointment. Dr. Cain encouraged me to ask any questions I might have about my procedure. I had a bone graft yesterday and it went fine. I had very little pain from the shots. The at-home instructions were very clear.
I was not nervous at all after my consultation. Dr Cain explained everything and answered all of my questions.
I am having multiple visits with both Doctors. I find both Dr. Cains to be exceptional in their fields. I am having excellent results with several phases to my dental care. They are professional, have a state of the art facility, excellent dental assistants and office staff. Covid protocol is top notch. I highly recommend both Drs. I am 72 years old my visit with Dr. Robert Cain was the best experience I have had, from his office staff to his kindness and and professionalism. I wish I had found him earlier.
Everyone was extremely nice and they definitely cater to cowards like me! Dr Pam Cain took her time with my evaluation and made me feel very comfortable and part of the decision process. Even though I had to be referred to an Endodontist, the office personnel called and made an appointment for me. Kind, caring people!

I had some implants put in and some teeth extracted, almost at the finish line, I am glad that I picked Dr.Cains office!
The staff is professional, courteous and efficient. Easy to get a needed appointment. Dr Cain is professional and thoroughly explains the disease process and remedial procedures. Nice experience.
