I was asked to come in earlier than my scheduled appointment and was seen right away. The first assistant ho polished my teeth was great (never had my teeth polished before the cleaning). The person who actually did my cleaning wasn't as gentle as I like. I told her a couple of times that she was being a little rough but it didn't do any good. The top of my mouth was burnt from pizza I had a couple of days ago but she never took that in consideration when cleaning.

First intake yesterday, combined with cleaning. I am in love with everybody there - all helpful, reassuring, competant, caring. My teeth were squeaky clean when I left. Dr. Cain did an assessment of my teeth and suggested strategies for the future. Explained eveything very well and gave me the reasons for the suggestions he made.
Broken front tooth on a Wednesday and by noon on Thursday they had a plan for me to be able to eat and smile. Left the office with a temporary but workable fix as I will need an implant. Dr. Rob and Dr. Pam a very caring health care providers always listening to my needs and taking time to find a workable solution. I never feel rushed and I always feel well care. Would recommend them without any hesitation.
Initial visit and consultation went very well. The facility is impressive and the staff was welcoming and competent. I definitely recommend them. The introductory cost is a good way to invite people into the practice.
staff always nice and concerned about keeping me comfortable during cleanings and procedures. very little wait time if at all. if there is such a thing as a positive experience at the dds, this place gets it done.
Excellent visit in a state of the art facility. Dr. Cain is very professional and up to date on the latest treatment procedures and plans. His staff compliments this professional and so courteous to the patient.

Dr Pam Cain completed a front tooth implant. Spend quite a bit of time getting it just right. Patience for detail work. Listens to you concerns and takes extra time to find solutions. So happy she is my dentist- Drive over 65 miles one way for her compassion and dedication.
