0 Star : My Experience Vehicle was not cleaned properly after the repair, there is sticky tape residue on my rear passenger door and some sort of goop in the cracks of my door as well .
0 Star : My Experience They never called like they promised to give me estimate on another part of my car I wanted repaired. I had two gentlemen tell me the same things and nobody ever called.
0 Star : My Experience I have several issues that I would like to speak with someone about. Could you please call me? The tailgate that was replaced is not aligned. The bumper is not correct, it’s missing a silver stripping. The headliner has several black dirty areas. A cup holder in the back was filled with water. That concerns me that my car was open to the elements. There is a new dent and in the top side of my car. I have pictures of all this. But please call.
2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I went to Eastern because they were on the list of preferred shops for my insurance company. It was not convenient, to my home, but I accepted their confidence in the shop. Happy with the quality of the repair. 0 Star : My Experience Received my truck back with a cracked windshield. Talked with the manager but he said it was probly chipped before I dropped it off and the paint curing process cracked it. I’m not 100% this is the case due to fact they did not call to tell me my windshield was cracked after the paint process and they also failed to mention it prior to handing me the keys and letting me get in and almost drive off. 0 Star : My Experience The wrong color Chevy emblem was used on the tailgate. It was supposed to be black and not gold. Otherwise it was perfect.
