0 Star : My Experience I told them about some thing I saw that was broken when I dropped my car off and they told me that they would make sure it was looked into. Then when they gave my car back, I brought it immediately to an inspection station and was told that what I had told them was broken, was still broken and it’s almost not drivable. I was told that it is due to the accident and should have been fixed. They told me I need to address it with eastern auto body.
0 Star : My Experience I picked up my car this morning, and when I drove home tonight after work, neither of my front head lights were working. One was out and the other now only shines ten feet in front of my car. Was very unsafe.

I had to call weekly just to see what was happening with my car, even when I was told they would call with updates I received nothing. 0 Star : My Experience The blind spot detection was not fixed. Hopefully you will arrange for this to be repaired soon. Other than this issue the car looks great and everyone was awesome

0 Star : My Experience The door (drivers side) lock button doesn’t work. Seat settings don’t work correctly. There may be others things but just picked up the car a couple of hours ago. I’ll call on Monday, 6/20. Thank you.
