My son had his wisdom teeth extracted a couple weeks ago at Eastside Oral Surgery. From the first call to schedule a consultation through to the surgery process, everyone in the practice was fantastic and knowledgeable. I went in for an evaluation to extract a tooth. I really wanted them to take the tooth the same day, instead of having to come back. I made the suggestion, and Dr. James Reed was so accommodating. He gathered up the staff and paperwork was done. Before I knew it, the tooth was gone and I was heading out the door. I was appalled with the treatment my son and I received from Dr. James Reed at Eastside Oral Surgery Associates. My son needed teeth extractions so I was referred to his office by our dentist. We made the initial consult to meet the doctor and talk about a treatment plan for my young son. The check in process was fine. I went to Dr Yu because of his qualifications and past experience and it showed during my appointments and exam. Very professional and efficient.
I was so nervous about getting my wisdom teeth removed it was debilitating. I have always feared the dentist but my experience with Dr. Yu and his team was so great it was honestly easier then a filling. I can't stress enough how comforting the assistants are. They kept me calm and comfortable the entire time. The whole procedure is over so quickly, you will honestly wonder what you were so afraid of!
I was so nervous about getting my wisdom teeth extracted but Dr. Reed and his team made my experience so easy. They all had great bedside manner. I had 3 wisdom teeth removed yesterday, and I was out in less than an hour. I went in to have my wisdom teeth and a few others removed about a week in a half ago and it was a great experience!! Dr. Yu and the other associates were extremely kind and made sure I was very comfortable, and checked up on me days later as well before my follow up. I would would highly recommend them
Let me begin by saying how nervous I was to get my wisdom teeth out. I postponed getting them out for over four years. The day finally came to get them out. I was recommended by my dental office to go to this location because they worked well with my insurance. First time stepping into the office, the front ladies were super nice and got me immediately situated.
