This place was great. I went in a crazy amount of pain and the entire office staff was amazing. They got me in right away, scheduled the procedure for the next morning, and best of all the procedure itself was quick. Every time I was in the office for an appointment, they saw me immediately which got me in and out. Hopefully I do not have the same issue again, but if I ever need anything, I will 100% go back in to see them!
I have been putting off getting my wisdom teeth removed for a long time (cost, downtime, anxiety at the dentist...) I recently got a consultation here and they put me at ease and were personable, so I felt comfortable booking my appointment. I just had my wisdom tooth removed on Thursday. It was quick, painless and have had an incredibly easy recovery. The drs and staff were very nice and helped put my *extreme* anxiety to rest! If I ever need an oral surgeon again, I know where I will be going!
Quick, friendly, and informative staff! I came to get an estimate done and Dr. Reed was very personable and efficient. He was thorough on what to expect if I was to choose to remove my wisdom teeth (3rd molars). Please, please, please do yourself a favor and go here! I swear I would stand in line for any service that Dr. Esmail provided -- Fix cars? Scrapbooking? I would hire him in a heart beat. If my mother, who lives in Florida, needed the care of a max/fac doctor, I would fly her up to see Dr. Esmail. I felt completely at ease from the very first time I met him. NEVER GO HERE if you have anything else in your life to schedule around. This place does not know what "schedule" means and have some SERIOUS communication issues. My first appointment at the Renton location was scheduled for 2:30 pm and I told them I would try very hard to be there early or bring the paperwork filled out ahead of time as I knew that it was a late appointment for them. Apparently I grind my teeth. I certainly clench them. All the time. In fact, several times through out the day I realize that I am in something like "Raging Bitch on Wheels Resting Face." Who knows why, maybe it's that I'm a single mom with a really full plate and not a lot of back up, or maybe it's because I drink way too much fucking coffee - who knows. I had a complicated jaw surgery, and was admittedly somewhat apprehensive about the whole thing. Dr. Esmail made me feel at ease, and the surgery went very well. Also, both my orthodontist and dentist (neither of which know him) also said he did an absolutely terrific job on a difficult surgery.
I recently had a surgical procedure at Eastside Oral Surgery. I was initially very anxious about going under anesthesia, and the recovery of my procedure. Dr. Reed and his staff really put me at ease, and made this as comfortable and pain free as possible.
