Their estimate called for two days to do the roofing. When they started, they actually checked the weather and found out it was supposed to storm that night. So they stayed incredibly late to make sure the roof got finished before the storm came in. I was unaware that there was a storm. I asked them why did they stayed late and they said they were trying to help me. They went above and beyond, in my mind, to get it done. I'd give them the top rating. Everything was great.
They did a great job. I have no complaints. They put a small deck on the back of our house. They were there when they said they were going to be, and the work was completed within a reasonable amount of time. I'd give them an A overall.
The gentleman that came out and actually did the quote also did the repair. He was great. He told us exactly what he thought we needed, so we would be a little bit farther down the line, and gave us some options. He came out way before September. We ended up waiting quite a while. As soon as we got with them, he put us on the calendar, came out, and knocked it out. It was a repair for my roof. I'd give them an A+. They did a great job. They were here when they said they were going to be here. We will use them again.

The craftsmanship of the work was very high quality. They did deck repair, masonry, and siding repair. The prices were high. We were going to have them do some additional work, so we did some price comparisons, but they came out much higher than the other bids that we got. So we didn't continue with them. I'd give them an A overall.
I liked everything. They did everything on time and cleaned up really well afterward. It was a good experience. They built a deck and they resided part of my house. I'd give them an A+. I would recommend them.
They installed a door. They arrived when they said they would and actually worked on it all day. They did a solid job in making sure that it fit. There was no exposure and everything was sealed off so that the door opened and closed in the right manner. It worked out great. They were literally there all day long trying to get a door that was probably not standard to fit in. I would give them an A+. My husband was trying to look at their number to see if we could call them to come back for window replacement.
I've been doing business with Echols for years. Chad has always worked on my roof. He's always done an amazing job. He's a very nice, polite gentleman. He's on time. If you call them and they say they're going to be there at one, they will be there the next day at one. I've had a limb fall down and stick a hole in the roof, and when they fix it, it's fixed the first time. They're not making three or four visits. They're coming out today to do something. They put 1, dollars’ worth of windows in and fixed the corner of my roof. They put some boots on the roof and resealed the pipe of some kind. The pipe is still leaking a little bit, so he's going to come back and check. A/C is a terrific person. He did what he said he'd do, followed up, and was really compatible.
