Echols Roofing was fine for what they did; they replaced a cap. I had a roof replaced 5-6 years ago, and I had leaks from that. He came out, and I let him look at it. He thought that boot was leaking, so he replaced it. At this point, I don't know if it was good or not. I haven't seen the sizes of my water stains increase, so I guess it's OK. The experience was fine. I had no complaints about it; the punctuality and cleanliness was fine.
They replaced my roof. I'd give them an A.
We had a really good experience with Echols. We had Greg come out, and he was really helpful. He actually—while he was on the roof—saw another problem with the house that we ended up getting fixed through our home warranty. I'd rate them A+.
They did good work; it was window replacement. We've been very happy with the windows, especially now with everything being so cool. They get an A.
Everything's been good. They showed up when they said they would and did what they were supposed to do. They did a little bit of roof patch. It was an A+.
We checked out a couple of different companies, and we just felt more comfortable with Echols. They weren't the only one that we checked out. He did some general maintenance on the roof. We had some issues, and he found some other things that needed to be done. We haven't had problems since then; I'd grade them B.
When they came out to do the original work, they went ahead and did some extra work at no-charge, too—just as a preventive maintenance. They were fixing a leak with a vent pipe, so they went ahead and fixed all the vent pipes as a precaution. They didn't charge me anything extra. I'd give them an A+.
All they did was the roofing, and it was just a small roof. They came out, and they looked at it after the guys were done. I don't know anything about roofing myself, but the supervisor came out after the guys were done. He went up there, looked at it, and he said he didn't like the final result—so he's going to send them back out and do some modifications. They did that, and they came out, so I was pretty happy with that. I'd give them an A+.
