The person that worked on the roof was just very highly qualified. He knew what to do. I'll give them an A+.
They were pretty timely with being able to set up appointments and getting a guy out there to give me a quote. They completed the work pretty quick and haven't had any issues subsequently after that. It was just a roof leak around a ventilation fan, so it wasn't anything major, but I had a positive experience. I'd probably give them an A.

They're nice people; I thought they were very good. Their work was fine. They did some repairs. I hired them because they were a family business—I was right—they're a nice family. They get an A.
They showed up when I called; I'd called other roofers, and that was not the case. They did roofing for me. I'd give them an A+.
