They replaced the roof for me. They were timely and efficient, and the quote was exactly what they charged. The workers were excellent because they did what they said they were going to do, and their cleanup was very good. I’d grade them as an A+.
We had 20 new windows installed by Echols. They did a good job, and I didn’t have to call them back for a thing. I don’t have any complaints.

They repaired one custom front door for me. It was a positive experience because of the price and the description of the work they wanted to do. I felt convinced that they were capable of doing the work, and they were the original installer of the door, so that gave them another point. I’d give them an A rating.
I had a new roof put on three or four years ago, and a limb fell and knocked a hole in it, so Echols came out and repaired it for me. They responded quickly, and they did a good job. The repair is holding up—so far, so good. I was very satisfied, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They’re an A+ company.
Echols did the whole roof on my other house, and I was very pleased with their service. I had some problems, so I called them, and the roof has been functioning since they fixed it. I’d give them an A+.
Echols did an excellent job. There was a lot of debris coming down from the roof, so they had another guy down on my deck with a blower to keep the deck clean at all times. They kept a very clean jobsite, and they finished the job the same day they said they would. The supervisor came back a few days later just to be sure everything was OK. It was great.
I've had Echols, who I found in Home Reports. They did some doors for me and in fact, this summer I'm going to get them to finish putting hardy plank on my house. They know what they're doing and they come when they're supposed to. I would give them no less than a B+.
