Echols did a terrific job—absolutely terrific. They did siding on the chimney and the area around it, and we’re going to have them back to do the siding on the back of the house. They were spot-on. The work was very well done, and the workers were clean and on time. They’re 100 percent good. They get an A+.
I had some ice damming at the end of the last ice storm, so they went up there and did some patch work underneath the shingles. It was a little bit tricky because my shingles are discontinued. They had to do something in order to allow me to keep the shingles without redoing the entire roof. I was happy with that, and they did a good job—A+.
We had a roof replacement done three years ago when all the hailstorms happened. I'd grade their work as A+, and they were great to work with. I sent them three or four other customers—friends of mine—for the same thing.
They repaired my roof temporarily until I decide what I'm going to do next. They were very good. I'm going back on the shingle company because my shingles aren't holding up to their guarantee, so Echols took off the shingles that I have to send to GAF, and they put shingles in place of them as well as gave me an estimate on what needs to be done if there are any other problems with my roof. They earned an A+. I think very highly of them.
They did the work and it was fine. On my roof I had some nail holes that had to be patched. So it wasn't any big deal. I'm going to give them a B since I didn't really watch them. Nobody really followed up on too much of anything. But it wasn't like it was a major thing to do.
Echols replaced a skylight that had been leaking since we bought our home. We’d had other people work on it, but it was never fixed. Echols was wonderful—it was absolutely a positive experience.
They came out and repaired the roof over the garage and over the front window, and everything seems to be OK—it doesn’t leak. It went really well. They gave me an estimate and came out in a brief time, and the cleanup was good. I would give them an A this time.
They had to repair some flashing. It was done right, and they had good customer service. I'd probably give them a B+ because they could lower their price. Other than the price, I'd give them an A.
It was a partial repair because just certain areas of the roof needed it. They seemed to know what they were doing, and they were straightforward and appeared to be honest. They were prompt and followed up, and pricewise, they were competitive. They did some other repairs as well. It turned out very well, so I'd say the overall quality of the job seemed to be pretty good. I think I'd give them an A.
