Very honest and through. I really liked the staff that worked with us. The crew that came out to do the job was cheerful and friendly and happy. They were obviously experienced so worked quickly and were even finished a few hours ahead of time on the final day of the tenting process.
Treatment crew was very professional and fully cleaned the premises before leaving. Dave was outstanding and explained the entire process so we could make an informed decision, very easy to work with. I was very pleased with the complete process and I didn't have to change any of my daily routines to accommodate the treatment.
So far, so good. Original work was outstanding and recent follow up on new termite area was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Thank you.
Carlos is very nice and on time. After the first visit, I noticed a few areas that needed treatment. He came and sprayed the entire area within a couple of days after my phone call during the holiday season.
