The effort was very well done. All areas were completed and even some other areas that were not found in the original inspection were fixed. The crew was very professional and, even though it was a difficult task, they finished and kept me informed throughout the process on what they were doing and why they were doing it. To me, it was an exceptional and professional job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Carlos and Mr G were prompt, friendly and efficient. They took the time to explain the process and answer our questions when they arrived. They set up quickly, protecting our carpet and marble entry way completely. All work agreed upon was done professionally and efficiently. Clean up was also quick and complete. Gilbert Valenzuela and helper arrived on time as scheduled. Inspected the property and treated the areas of infestation. Provided additional information regarding evidence of rodent droppings. Very professional and knowledgeable. Paper work followed in a timely manor. Excellent.
