Overall, I was pleased with the service. It was priced well. The technicians were professional, prompt, and friendly. My only issue was with the annual follow up service contract service I purchased. I wished Ecola had a recommended check up frequency. The only thing I heard from them was "If you see any termite activity, call us." The home owner does not have any practical was to check for termite activity.
Andrew did a great job and was informative, educational and pointed out preventative measures that can be used. He was also very thorough in his inspection and communicating what he was doing.
Always pleased with Ecola Pest/Rodent Services. Have used their services for many years. They're always on time, pleasant and friendly. Carlos is the best and very knowledgeable as I've noticed with all their staff.
