I've never had to use termite exterminator before. I was amazed how the whole experience was. Step by step instruction with plenty of opportunity for questions. The pests are gone And I'm feeling confident. Thanks to the entire team!
Overall it was a good experience. Both the inspector and tech provided quality services. I did have to ask several times to get a copy of the inspection report and there were some minor errors in the report (ie: property description 1 story vs 2 story). I never did receive a corrected report. There was also some confusion involving the invoicing. I handed the tech a check for the full amount due at the time services were rendered, but received both an email and snail mail invoice indicating the full amount was still outstand... read more
I've been very pleased with Ecola! Their technicians arrive on time, are pleasant, thorough and answer any questions I may have. Very professional company worthy of the five stars I have given them.
The gentlemen were pleasant and thorough. They seemed to know what they were doing. I haven't seen any ermites since.
Two very pleasant guys, seemed competent. Good experience.
