Excellent service call. On time, efficient - as usual.
I've been using Ecola for several years, initially for termite control and subsequently for pest control. The service people are well trained, thoughtful and patient. There is never an issue about a technician coming out when I call about evidence of termites. The pest control tech comes every couple of months and is very thorough. I am very happy with the service.
Ecola always comes on time and takes care of whatever needs to be done. The men have always been friendly, ready to work and that always makes for a great experience.
We are very impressed with Frank who did the service and we will continue to use Ecola as long as we have Frank do our service at the 2815 East Sierra location and the 444 Por la Mar Santa Barbara house.
The service person was on time, very pleasant and explained again what he was going to do. Explained what he did in each area. Would use again.

The technician that came was fabulous. He thoroughly searched everywhere and kept me well informed.
We have always been happy with your services, though it now looks like we will be needing MORE protection from you with a different type of termite ! We will be contacting you in May to review the latest report and scheduling a treatment.
Spiders were a big problem. Even black widows. Ecola go rid of them immediately. With quarterly spraying, we have not had any problem since. Eco-friendly products, and no bad smell. Thank you.
