The service was rescheduled by your staff for today (4/09/22) between 1-3. No one showed up and I did not receive a call. I was told Anthony would be the tech.
Very conscientious exterminator!
We really do not know just what you found as we have not seen a report. Funny that we should receive this 'review' request before anything else. SO, now what ?
The inspection was like 5 minutes. The termite inspector never even notify us he had left.
After the initial treatment, I found two areas where there was evidence of termite activity. I called Ecola and they sent someone out within just a few days to do spot treatments.
Would’ve appreciated possibly a Zoom call say a week before where owners could have the opportunity to ask questions to a live person that could be archived in case someone wasn't available or wanted to review later.
The exterminator came and injected the poison into the wall (in three different rooms) and where he did that several months ago, no termites have re-emerged. In one room, where we couldn't determine where the infestation was the first time he was out here, he recently came once again and did the same procedure as previously. Hopefully, the results will be equally satisfactory.
Appt was scheduled for today 9/20/21 between 1 to 3. Received message this am that the person that was suppose to come did not come to work today so they would let me know who was coming. I called number on website and message said this was not a work day. Called the number that left the message they said they would get back to me regarding my appt. today. It is 4:42 heard nothing. The person who came to our house to perform the initial inspection was not thorough with identifying the areas affected, nor the options that we had. This resulted in us seeking and choosing another termite mitigation provider.
