The inspector was very thorough. The technicians came back about a week later and treated the problems that the inspector found. The treatments appear to be successful. Everyone was on time, friendly and efficient.

We were SO impressed with the first assessor that came out. He was obviously both extremely knowledgeable about and interested in insect biology including life cycles and habits (and both my husband and I are published biologists, so we'd know!). We held him around as long as we could just to pick his brain! The crew that came to provide the treatment was very courteous and friendly, and respectful of our clean house, new flooring, and young (16 m.o.) daughter. Sometimes I think the person could have been more thorough because I still see spiders on occasion. Overall its been a good experience. There have been different workers here and I don't recall who sprayed last.
