The two gentlemen that performed the work were exceptionally pleasant and professional. They were careful of all property, leaving everything clean after the work was completed.

Moses is quick and on time. The accounting dept. seems to have some problems. How do you justify a late payment notice on the same day as the service was provided? Computer glitch?
Ecola Termite was great when we had our first home serviced by them. The termites left and stayed out for many years. Now we have moved and Ecola just serviced our house and it seemed like everything went well. Hopefully the applications will be just as efficient as they were on our first home.
On time prompt service extremely friendly
Not our normal service Rep, but Pat took time to knock on door and introduce himself. He explained what he did and found. Very knowledgeable and courteous. He already found mounds we were going to tell him about and took the time to research the notes from our previous Rep. We were very pleased
Seth is always very thorough in his work. I appreciate that he calls ahead to let me know approximately when he will get here.
We have both a termite annual contract and a bi-monthly pest spraying contract. Both of these services are special. The technicians are personable, polite and efficient. It is nice to know we are protected from these sorts of pests, so we don't have to worry about our house and property.
