Very informative termite inspection, concise explanation of recommended treatment. The technician who treated the area was friendly and professional. Very happy with the experience.

The inspector was so late for the appointment that we had to reschedule. Since that would have meant a third appointment to schedule a technician it was agreed that both would come on the reschedule date. That did happen and the the visit was professional and thorough.

Roberto and Theo were very professional and knowledgeable in their inspection and evaluation. If fact they noticed that my neighbors wood fence had evidence of termite invasion. They ascertain that my home initial invasion might have come from that location. Well done, thank you, Tom Guzman

I always love it when the Ecola Man comes for the annual inspection. I find the inspectors without fail to be thorough, careful, polite, informative - and even fun. It is a great team, and the phone support is also good. I believe his name was Roberto, so I assume that is RC, below. He was great!
