Ecola Termite has been great. I'm a real estate broker that deals with termite companies all the time. Ecola is professional and honest. I highly recommend Ecola. Their termite inspector Andrew is the best in the biz!

Jim was very good. He did a through evaluation of the house and took care of what needed to be done. Other people from your company did pretty lousy job before.
The Ecola team of 2 came out the first time and were professional and efficient as they worked inside my home to treat the termite problem. Then about a week later I found some droppings outside the house that were not there the week before, so i called to report it. They promptly returned and the second team was just as professional - and extra meticulous to correct the newly found problem. I was very impressed with their response and attentiveness. Thank you!

Great customer service from the guys that come out on the property. The office staff can be unfriendly at times and talk very rude. I now ask for Kila because she is the one person I talk to since she is very friendly and has great customer service. Now that they are paperless I am having to constantly ask for the invoice or work order. I called for a copy for 1 week and as of today I still don't have it.
Shemaiah Brown is a very knowledgeable and professional tech. We appreciate his skill and ability to make sure our home is "pest" free! Very nice young man too...THANK YOU :)
