As a longtime Ecola customer, we are always satisfied with the customer service and scheduling folks, and with the skilled crew who understand our various preferences for types of pest control--including that it makes use of non-toxics, or spares certain beneficial insects while targeting others, or includes both exterior and specific interior spot treatments in a given appointment. With one rare exception, the techs have been helpful, friendly, educational, and cooperative! We'll stick with Ecola!
Ecola keeps it's appointments. If they will be late, I will receive a phone call letting me know when they will arrive. Everyone is polite and considerate of the home owner. If I see damage caused by termites, I make an appointment and an employee comes out to treat the area. I have nothing to complain about.
Punctual, professional, and friendly. Inspection was thorough. Explanation of service/work was clear and completed as scheduled.

Technician was on time. He explained each step of the inspection and explained each step in addressing any issues.
Expertise and knowledge by technologists was very good. Nice in approach and manner. Business office a little ???able. But they got answers for me. Information between field personnel and office was not too clear as far as financial matters. Billing collector wad not so nice. Overall a plus for this grp.

The technician arrived on time with our first visit. Some termite issues were found and about a week later the second technician arrived earlier than scheduled. They had called to let us know they could arrive earlier and we set up a time. They were very professional and we will use them again.
