I am very pleased with Roberto Hernandez's inspection and report. He took extra time to inspect my property and explain were there were problem areas and where he applied treatment. He was always professional and courteous to me. He took the time to let me know all the areas were he found activity and then treated those areas.
We’re very happy with our service! The ants are under control and our spider webs get cleaned up!
Robert was courteous, thorough, and answered any questions i had.
Jonny was great and made me more confident about using Ecola after the not-so-great experience and misinformation.
They explained clearly what they were going to do.
I always request Joe to do my annual inspection. He’s so kind and friendly and does a thorough job. He answers my questions and gives suggestions for any issues I may have.
The service person never put sticker for service done.
There was a tad bit of confusion re scheduling date but the service was excellent, technician was polite and professional and I've seen no more evidence of the little darlings in my dining room. May it stay that way....
Inspector was very efficient and informative. We are pleased that he treated some of the areas that had activity. As usual, we were pleased with this service.
