Carlos and Keith came out today to treat existing subterranean dry wood termites at my residence. They were thorough and friendly, describing how they do their work. I was out there with them from ~8:30 am to ~1:30 pm. We were all impressed when Carlos located a dry wood termite tunnel that was over 5 feet long. Of course he got it completely foamed up. I am pleased with the work that was done here today by Ecola.
Hector, who has been taking care of rat patrol, is professional, personable and punctual. He really knows what he's doing. I would definitely recommend Ecola.
The workers were on time, courteous and thorough. They explained everything that they did and worked quickly.
