My house is complicated . It has lots of wood in difficult to reach places and the vegetation is tropical and woodsy so lots of humidity. The treatments for the past 15 years have been totally effective with no recurring infestations until recently when I learned that I had unknowingly changed the venting system allowing moisture into the subroof.
