We’ve used Ecola for decades. They come promptly whenever we call, as well as for their yearly inspections. We are believers in nontoxic alternatives, we don’t want to tent for termite treatment, and then have to live with the residual poison. Ecola has done a fine job of treating our termite sites with the electrogun and with direct site treatment. Our home is in great condition as a consequence. We recommend Ecola services!

There is always good communication between ECOLA and us, good reminders for service given and helpful polite customer service on the phone and in person. Moses your technician, has a positive and friendly attitude and is hard-working.
Lenny, my technician is terrific. He always looks at the problem and asks why do the gophers come back as they do and looks to solve the problem. As for the office staff, there are times when I call the office the young ladies are overwhelmed with work I do not have a chance to get my full message across, I have to call back and get another person to get my problem solved. Sometimes though you folks do not answer the phone. but when you do it takes a couple of calls to get my problem solved.
