Over all the service was very good - the tech was late but I understand he got stuck in traffic. He explained what he was gonna do and was very professional. Upon completion he asked a couple times if I had any questions for him. Job well done. Thank you

Overall, I was pleased with the service. It was priced well. The technicians were professional, prompt, and friendly. My only issue was with the annual follow up service contract service I purchased. I wished Ecola had a recommended check up frequency. The only thing I heard from them was "If you see any termite activity, call us." The home owner does not have any practical was to check for termite activity.
Kevin was very efficient in getting my termite work completed. He did the reinspection and provided the termite clearance a few days later. Top-notch service!
