reliable, dependable and customer service friendly
You staff is very polite and friendly. Rats are sort of a sensitive topic, but everyone made us feel very comfortable. Our field tech, Robert,was great. Even though the traps we're empty every week, he was patient and continued with the trap checks diligently. We simply stopped hearing g the noises in our attic. No rat was ever trapped. The exclusion was a success! Thank you EcoLA!
