Have had a great experience with Ecola, both office and field staff. They made what could have been a very ugly situation into one that was tolerable. Staff is always professional and do what they say they are going to do. Glad we called Ecola.
I am always very pleased with the service from Ecola. All of the technicians have been very professional, friendly, and efficient. There was a little misunderstanding this last time. I had thought the inspector had scheduled a heat treatment in the attic, but that wasn't on the list the exterminator had. I will call the office and get more clarification on that.
James Johnson did the initial inspection on my home in 2008 and he has done most of the annual inspections since then. I have been very happy with the results from all of my interactions with Ecola personnel over the past seven years. I have had some instances where I noted evidence of termite activity between annual inspections and Ecola (James Johnson) has reacted almost immediately every time and inspected/treated the suspect areas with no hesitation and no additional charge.
