David showed up with a smile on his face. I remembered him from a previous visit. I remarked that not having the pesky blank ant roaming my cupboards was a very pleasant surprise. We talked briefly about bees and he shared with me interesting stories about his beekeeping activities. He was very pleasant and efficient.
Overall the service has been excellent. Ecola is prompt in response to a call when I notice new termite droppings. The personnel are polite and complete their jobs quickly. Ecola would have be given 5 stars but I have two issues. On their last visit the termite treatment was under the kitchen sink. While doing their job they bumped and moved the kitchen sink drains which caused a leak. I realigned the drains and tightened all the connections which fixed the leak. Jose arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and did a thorough job of checking every area in the house for termites and did treat an area in our garage that revealed termites. Jose had been to our house some years back and is very pleasant person.
Your guy showed up on time and got the job done in the time frame I was told about. He was nice and explained every question I had in regards to the service. I and my wife are happy that we didn't need to tent the house and appreciate the fact that your company will be out in a year to re-inspect the house. Thank you very much, Dave Maltby

The Ecola team gave us a good experience of something we had expected to be unpleasant at best. The initial inspector located the problem areas and drew a schematic of the house with treatment recommendations so that we could discuss options. We chose the non-toxic route, which was to cook the termites in the attic with forced hot air and treat the wood with a boric solution that penetrates and leaves the wood inhospitable to termites for years.
