I can easily say your team is trained very well in both customer service and effectiveness in handling the problem of termites. My only concern (and it may not be a real concern) is ...do I still have a termite problem even though I do not see any sign of termites at this time? I am thinking not, but time will tell. The team that came to my house were very helpful, answered all my questions, which I had a lot of and the service is excellent. We had this ant problem that I couldn't quite stop, especially last year. We have birds and I can't spray inside because it will possibly kill our pets, they still had a solution which stopped them all together. Very pleased with the service and I highly recommend them to anyone with pets. Thank you,

Ecola was wonderful to work with! From the first meeting with the very knowledgeable and friendly inspector, Nick, to the whole house termite treatment with techs Matthew and Armando, my experience was a pleasant and completely satisfying one. Matthew and Armando were very capable (and friendly, also) - they arrived on time and were finished exactly when they said they would be! A 2 year warranty, too - what more could I ask for :-)
