Great service. Keith walked us through the process and was very responsive to questions during and after completion. The set-up and removal crew were efficient and left little trace that they were there. The thought of moving out of the house for two days and necessary preparation was not pleasant but ECOLA made the process as painless as possible. Thanks.
I had a great experience with Kevin (the inspector) and Raymond, the treatment technician! They were both friendly, kind, and supportive as I am a very recent widow who was suddenly faced with termite issues. They reassured me and helped me feel confident ECOLA would take care of the problem and protect my house! I will heartily recommend your company to my friends and family.

The entire experience with Ecola was exceptional. The office staff was so courteous and explained everthing and set up an inspection. Ben, the inspector, was very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process and his findings and provided suggestions for things we can do to help prevent future infestations. Overall it was a good experience. Both the inspector and tech provided quality services. I did have to ask several times to get a copy of the inspection report and there were some minor errors in the report (ie: property description 1 story vs 2 story). I never did receive a corrected report. There was also some confusion involving the invoicing. I handed the tech a check for the full amount due at the time services were rendered, but received both an email and snail mail invoice indicating the full amount was still outstand... read more
I've been very pleased with Ecola! Their technicians arrive on time, are pleasant, thorough and answer any questions I may have. Very professional company worthy of the five stars I have given them.
The gentlemen were pleasant and thorough. They seemed to know what they were doing. I haven't seen any ermites since.
