Ecola were very professional. I got a free inspection and conformation that I had both kind of termites. he explained exactly what I had and what they would do and how it could be done. I did not want tenting. Gave me a written price that seemed reasonable for the amount of work to be done. I had this done about 4 years ago by a different company and the difference of the actual work was mind boggling. It took two men (one was here about 2 hours) the other about five hours. Very please with service. Technician very pleasant and explained everything. Very prompt with service calls. Most visits, the technician showed up within minutes of the early side of the appointment time. ie, if they said they would show up at between 8 and 10, they were at my house before 8:15.
Great service and product.
The guys arrived ten minutes early. We appreciated that. They went to work quickly, checked for other areas of damage and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. What more could we ask for? Wendell
