Overall, I am quite pleased with the service. No problems with pests and we used their heat treatment for termites last year. Occasionally, their service personnel will forget to leave a service notice when they come to our property to treat our house. On these occasions, we only have their word that they came. However, they are quite happy to redo the service in those cases for our peace of mind.
We are very impressed with Frank who did the service and we will continue to use Ecola as long as we have Frank do our service at the 2815 East Sierra location and the 444 Por la Mar Santa Barbara house.
The service person was on time, very pleasant and explained again what he was going to do. Explained what he did in each area. Would use again.
The Ecola people are very professional and do a great job. If you want to rid yourself of termites without using chemicals, these folks are for you. Thank you Ecola
