I was pleased with your service, but felt uncomfortable that one of your men asked to use my bathroom two times. I think he should have driven to the corner gas station or Mc Donalds which is also up at the corner near my home. After doing the treatments is it customary to wait about 1/2 hr. before spraying? I noticed the men waited out front for about that long. Just thought you should know.

Both the 1st year inspection visit and the treatment visit went well. No issue at with the technicians I interfaced with and since the termite treatment was minimal I am assuming that my termite problem has been resolved for now. I look forward to my 2nd year inspection next year and I am inspecting the same good news as last time. My only suggestion is that you make a bigger effort on reminding your customers about their 1st and 2nd year inspections that comes with the termite work originally paid for.
