Do not be fooled by the name of this Pest Control company. Unfortunately, I recommended them to a neighbor who was using Orkin for spiders as a "green" alternative. Nothing green about what they are using!! In fact, the technician who came to the house convinced the neighbors that the eco-friendly solution work never works and that they needed to order the big guns. No service at all! Roger came out Tuesday, 10/2 to inspect for mice. Found them and I had a handyman here for 2 days to take care of all repairs, all the while I was waiting for a contract to begin work to eradicate the mice; also was waiting for termite inspection. No one ever followed up. I called 3 days in a row, no assistance. Even left a vm for Roger. Nothing! I have moved on....
MAJOR RIP OFF. I PAID over $1800 dollars before covid and they sprayed at the most 5 puffs of spray and I had to tell them where to spray. I thought they were the professional I thought they would know what to do. I straight out got ripped off by this company. I’m a senior citizen on low income and they took advantage of me. I choose this company because they were on the Christian network. Be careful! Annette

My project was 4/5-7/2022 Ecola used Quality Pest Services for the fumigation. Ecola representative gave me incomplete and incorrect information during the initial inspection, which led to problems with the exterior part of the project. The magnitude (interior preparation) of this type of project mentally and physically is totally under represented ~ it was a horrible experience. The service was rescheduled by your staff for today (4/09/22) between 1-3. No one showed up and I did not receive a call. I was told Anthony would be the tech.
