Called several times in the last 5 months, left messages requesting service and finally made contact 3 weeks ago. A great inspector was sent and found the problem areas. Today Chris serviced or treated our home. Excellent work
Inspector Frank did a thorough inspection and explained everything to us. the crew that came to do the repairs were very professional but the only con was that they broke the drywall cover for the second floor attic entry. They did tells us about it but said it could have been done previously which would have been Frank, but when Frank left after inspection, I checked and it looked fine, not even a crack.
