Your inspector, Joe Pineiro was on time, professional, thorough, informative, and made suggestions regarding better maintenance of our house exterior. We were very pleased.
Glbert, the inspector, was efficient, respectful and courteous. The only concern I have is that I have not yet received a copy of the report to date (it has been 8 days since the inspection). Hopefully, it will be coming soon.

I was having work done at the house with a crew and I needed to have someone come and treat the termites we found today. Carmen at scheduling spent a lot of time trying to make that happen . I am very grateful that she was so concientious and provided that service for me and made it work.
The inspector was wonderful
Inspector Jim Lintz, Joey and his assistant did a very good, through job. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
Have used Ecola for several years. Gilbert has been my termite inspector several times and is always efficient. We started with the thermal treatment for the attic area, local treatment elsewhere and have had yearly inspections since. These usually require local treatment but no one has tried to oversell me.
