Very good professional staff,covered all areas of infestation.Pleased with the work and staff
We used Ecola last year and our rep was Carlos D. Our 6 year old home had a few termite spots. We met with several pest control companies which a few were very quick to want to tent our home. I was concerned about the chemicals and was hesitate since our home was only 6 years old. Carlos D. came out and suggested we spot treat and do a terminate preventative. The technician is pleasant and very professional. He is thorough when getting the cobwebs cleared and making sure attention is paid to the customer’s needs.
Excellant service
The person who came to the house to provide our estimate was timely, very professional and answered all of our questions. The 2 men who came to do the service were timely and very professional. 3 different type of processes were used for various points of termite entry. My husband and I were so happy we decided to go with Ecola. We didn’t have to leave our property and there was very little disruption!!
We love Robert! We have had him for years. We have a son with a disability, and when he was little would dig in the dirt. I was very concerned for his health, but Robert explained just how safe their product was and calmed my concerns. He is so friendly, professional, thorough, and would go out of his way to help us out! He is a great ambassador for the company he works for.
The two workers were well dressed, polite and efficient. They did what we expected and explained why the electric heat method couldn't be used for in wall extermination. That's understandable but disappointing. Unfortunately, I don't remember the two gentlemen's names.
