The inspection went along as planned. Showed on time and did the full inspection.
Efficient technician.
Matthew was very friendly and as far as I know very thorough. I wanted to know him better so I asked him some questions. I learned that he is married and the father of a new son , Noah. He even took time to show me pictures. All said, I’m very pleased with Matthew and his work.
I didn't feel the service man was very thorough...he said he would de-web the perimeter of the home but there were many many areas that were not cleared. He also did not place rat trap in attic where he found a dead rat. Not sure j will continue services even though I signed up for monthly service. Depends on whether it improves.
Great. Called to let me know he would be earlier so the gate could be open and he could do the service.
Shemiah and Omari are always very friendly and professional... They are always a pleasure to see and do a great job... The few times we've had ant problems after a treatment, Ecola always schedules a follow-up appt. to handle the situation...All office associates are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
The gentleman who came out to do the inspection was very cordial and efficient. He did his job, gave me his report, and was on his way.
I've been having Ecola take care of all my termite (and other pests!) work for several years. I would not trust anyone else for this type of service. Thank you.
