Getting no response on repairs. I've called Evan once or twice a week on when repairs will start for three or four weeks and he has never returned any of my calls on when repairs on my system will take place. Today I called Evan, no reply, so I called the main office number and had to record a message. I haven't talk to a person yet. Is this customer service. I would recommend not going with Ecomark Solar, they service is none existent.
Terrible Experience I have never written a poor review for a company, but had to make sure that my feedback was heard for anyone considering working with this company in the future. Very poor communication and customer service I had panels installed by EcoMark Solar about three years ago and currently working with them for a roof replacement after hail. I regret working with them at all. They left me in the dark when they were haggling with my insurance company for more money. They came by my house unannounced to remove my panels which are sitting in my backyard without a plan or callback. I've reached out to two different departments and I get nothing over a week span. Good for solar - not for roof replacement We had our solar panels installed in 2017. While they aren't generating enough electricity to cover our electrical needs (which is what they told us when we got them) I'm still overall happy. In July of 2019 we had a horrific hail storm. I called and asked if they could come out in September/October to replace the roof. Worst in customer communication and service after the sale I signed up for Ecomark solar at the first of the year, once everything was finalized and the installation day was set I was told I should be up and running by end of May first of June time frame. The panels were installed around the first of June then came waiting for inspections. I realize the Covid issues so things were ok. See review comments The installation part of the system was great. But, there was no follow up from EcoMark with us on the progress. If we didn't call for updates, we would never have got them. It took nine (9) months for EcoMark to get our system installed and up and running. So 2 stars is the best I can rate EcoMark and would NOT recommend them to any of my friends or family.

Highly recommend going with someone else Ecomark gave us quote showing they would cover 105% of our energy use. We signed an agreement with them saying that if they changed the system by 10% we could cancel with nothing owed. After signing the agreement they down sized the system to only cover 93% of our usage. We told them we wanted to cancel and they billed us $1000 for cancelling, stating "they only changed the system by 3%". Sales people won't put us in contact with management.
