coffee pots took forever to brew, even at breakfast they need to do square cleaning, not just the middle. the mattress was filthy!

Fine for the price Stayed here for a couple of nights when travelling through. We were overcharged (booked through the hotels.com app and then were charged incorrectly when we arrived) and this was not rectified despite speaking to the front desk multiple times. We were assured that the issue would be passed on to the manager who would deal with it, which didn't happen. The hotel was a bit rundown, although it was kept clean enough. Horrible looking hotel to be located on main st. Pros: nothing Cons: everything The motel is so old and outdated it is falling apart. Repairs need to be made to rotting wood on outside structure and it had a musty smell to the whole place, possibly due to rain leaking into the building. The room itself was dirty, hair left on bed sheets, the wall paper was discolored and coming off walls. Got what I paid for .. Pros: The low rate Cons: Everything except the rate - charge more and remodel ?? Location: On highway through town Sometimes getting a really cheap rate is not a good thing. But the price is certainly right - almost a third of what the Holiday Inn in town would charge. It started with me waiting 10 minutes at the front desk for someone to appear. Bad reserved a non smoking room n they gave us a smoking room the smell was terrible they said they would give us a non smoking room the next day but it had no air conditioning n it's summer time really wish I got refunded :(
This building needs to be demolished. Pros: Nothing. Cons: Demolish the building and start over. Location: Location was OK. We ended up changing 3 different rooms because of the mold and holes in the walls. One room had the fire alarm beeping. Got charged and extra $16 because they said epedia didn't eplain to us the extra charges??? No continental breakfast, they said it didn't show-up that morning and we show eat breakfast at the motel across the street.
Wouldn't stay here Pros: Not a single thing! Cons: Everything! Need cleaner room, purchase more proper linens. This place is disgusting, hallway floors were not vacuumed. My bed was made with 2 flat sheets because they were out of fitted sheets. There was either a grub or maggot in my bed and a dead black bug on the floor of the bathroom. I would advise all travelers not to stay here. In less than a block away is Alliance Hotel & Suites (which just bought out Days Inn) This hotel was much cleaner and comfortable.
