This was one of the poorest hotel experiences I have ever had. The bathroom still had someone else's tennis shoe print on the floor, a bug crawled across the floor as well. The bed sheets had multiple stains, and even holes in the comforter. Despite the pool water itself being mostly clear, the room was horribly damp, rusty, and extremely dirty- everything from the walls to the floor had trash, dust, and dirt on them. Old hotel in poor shape- not cleaned well- carpet not swept hair in drain in bathtub. Toilet had to be flushed twice each time to work. Worst bed I ever slept in- saggy and so soft couldn’t get out of hole in middle!

Bathroom floor was very dirty, not enough towels, No coffee maker in our room. Hallways and carpet dirty.

Roaches Had roaches enough said. When i went to the front desk, they acknowledged it as if they knew, they checked me out and agreed to refund money. Got on the phone with hotels which did a fantastic job with making sure all was reimbursed

Bathrooms and floors were filthy in the rooms and in the public areas, bedsheets had holes in them, hardware and fixtures were rusty and many electrical outlets and lights didn't work, maintenance supplies and equipment was out in plain sight, unsafe parking areas, the smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke came into our room whenever the air conditioner was running overnight. Clean does not have to mean expensive.
