Made reservation on Expedia was charged a deposit when I arrived rooms did not have the fridge and microwave as described then I was stiffed out my deposit for no reason at all only to have the police called on me for demanding my money called Expedia and received an offer for 30$ on my next reservation but I don't feel that's adequate either and im still unsatisfied and robbed
Lobby and hallway floors were in need of a good vacuuming. My tv was permanently stuck in Spanish and it took 2 hours and a hard reset to fix it.
They (he) knew someone had a reservation but upon arrival room was unbelievably how: AC had not been turned in on. The fridge was also not plugged in! I managed this with k as I was gone most of the evening before I had to sleep there. A Issue with TV. Only 2 pillows for a King bed—again u did know there were 2 adults scheduled.
Terrible! This place is very outdated and run down, it doesn’t look at all like the pictures. The whole hotel smelled and the room was dirty. Dirt and hair in the shower. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The staff was rude when we asked for a few extra pillows. We definitely won’t be back.
The first room they tryed to give me the beds where not made and room was dirty so i told the lady they where verry rude then sent me to another room beds where made but room was dirty will never be going back
TV did not work, no phone in the room to call desk, maint. Came and took 90 minutes to fix. So noisy all night, it was the worst.
