When we arrived 47 minutes before check in, we asked if a room was available for early check-in. We were told that it was a $10 charge for early check-in. When we got into our room, the floor was sticky. My huaband cleaned it with a hand towel and water. I took a picture of how dirty it was after he did one pass. There was a hair on the shower wall. Looks nothing like the picture smells terrible dirty will never stay here again
The front desk line took 30 minutes. Then later on- no one was even at the desk to buy a water. The bathroom light is like a strobe light and goes out when in the shower. The tv is glitchy so there isn’t even a show we can watch. Pool is INCREDIBLY SMALL. Sauna wasn’t working. There is no fitness room and I’m not sure how breakfast is but we won’t stick around to see.

3rd Strike. They are Out in my book forever! We had a very hsrd time getting into the room due to a key/door reader issue. We had to practically put our weight into the foor at yhe dame time of removing the key card for it to open. No frig or microwave like stated on website. Website also ststed thst my 2 nite stsy would be $193.20 and when I pd on site. I was charged, $196.22. The bath mat towel was dirty. The bathroom floor had irine stains on the floor. Not renovating well maybe you should be First room didn’t have a refrigerator or microwave like we were told it would have so they moved us to a different room which was fine. Then later that night my family went to the pool area and after I had call before coming and was told that everything worked fine the hot tubs jets didn’t work or so we thought. Run down. Dirty. Bad smelling.
Should not be allowed to be part of the 'CHOICE' hotel name. Hallway carpet dirty. No phone in room yet they wanted a deposit - room already paid for (with no phone in room what incidentals would be incurred?) Had to pay for safe I didn't use and told them I wasn't going to use. Toilet leaked on floor they just put towels around it and asked what do you want me to do, I said it needs caulked around the base. If any of us slip and fall on the water we will be suing.
